Call of Duty®: Mobile review
Call of Duty®, developed by Activision and Sledgehammer Games, is a first-person shooter that originated in 2003. The game is now on its 11th installment. Call of Duty®: Mobile is a spin-off of the popular games that is played on mobile phones. The game is free-to-play and is also available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
Game Plot
The game is about soldiers in the US Army that is fighting for their country. The player is usually the squad's leader and the game is mainly about connecting with your team and completing missions.
The missions are based on the time period and location. One of the missions is the D-Day landing, where the player walks up to the beach and onto the beach with their team, fighting off the enemies.
Gameplay
In this game, players are able to choose from various modes such as solo, co-op, and multiplayer. They can also select from various maps and weapons which they are interested in. However, some weapons are not very useful, for example, the pistol is very weak, the shotgun can't be used for the long distance, etc.
Call of Duty®: Mobile has a set of three different factions: US Army, USMC, and SAS. Each faction has its own weapons, equipment, and abilities. The weapons are based on the real-life counterparts, but the game features fictional attachments and scopes.
The game has three classes, Assault, Heavy, and Recon. Assault is the main class that deals with machine guns and other combat weapons. Recon is for snipers and other long-range weapons. Heavy has explosive weapons and other heavy firepower.
Game Modes
Call of Duty®: Mobile is a single player game. The player can choose from three different game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Events. The events are either time-limited game modes, such as the Blackout event, or limited-time challenges, such as the Double XP weekend event. Multiplayer mode is a player versus player mode, with the player fighting against one or more opponents. Campaign mode is a player versus AI mode, with the player fighting against a group of AI-controlled enemies.
Graphics
The graphics in Call of Duty®: Mobile are somewhat less detailed than the graphics in the mobile version of Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare, but realistic. They are not high-resolution, but the game is still interesting to play.
The Bottom Line
Call of Duty®: Mobile is a great game for people who enjoy shooting games. The graphics are not as good as in the console versions of Call of Duty®, but the gameplay is excellent. The game features three different game modes and a large variety of weapons. The game is easy to pick up and play, but it is also challenging, so I recommend you to download Call of Duty®: Mobile.
