Dauntless review

An unrelenting and intense action RPG with a science fiction dystopian setting, Dauntless is an online co-op game that pits players in ferocious and epic battles against fierce, intelligent, and cunning Behemoths. Behemoths are big, hulking creatures, which can be fought one-on-one or in groups.

Gameplay

The game has a science fiction dystopian setting, where the player is a member of the elite warriors, called Slayers. The Slayers are chosen for their bravery and skill and are tasked with protecting the human race from the Behemoths that have relentlessly attacked for some time.

Dauntless is a 3rd person, co-op RPG, with the player able to engage in fights against the Behemoths across various maps. Players can choose from one of the four classes for their Slayer: the Warrior, the Engineer, the Ranger, or the Slayer. Each class has its own skills and abilities, and the players can choose which playstyle suits them best.

As players progress through the game, they can unlock new skills and abilities, as well as improve their character with upgrades and more powerful weapons.

The game is a multiplayer online game, with players able to team up in a party of four Slayers to take on the Behemoth. The game has a massive open world, with the player able to explore and hunt on their own or team up with others to take on the Behemoths.

In Dauntless, players can traverse the world to find equipment, allies, and challenges, while building up their Slayer's power and skills. Dauntless has a great replay value, with players able to take on the game's challenges at their own pace.

The game has a crafting system and an extensive list of weapons and abilities. 

Controls

Dauntless is an action role-playing game that has an overwhelming amount of controls. The game was made so that the player can have a vast amount of control over the character's actions. You can control the character's mobility, the character's attack, and the character's defense. 

The player can also create combos and string together different attacks to create their desired effect.
